Pre-study for inception of Partnership cooperation between NOUSPR and SIND Mental Health

The pre-study will be the basis of composing a long term strategy for a partnership between NOUSPR and SMH. It will uncover NOUSPRs strength and weaknesses and examine the method to build a sustainable organization which is able to improve life for people with a psychiatric disability in Rwanda. The main subjects in the pre-study will be to uncover and agree on common values, on organizational analysis, and a LFA log frame.
